The International Children’s Peace Assembly is a unique nine-day global experience created by the International Children’s Peace Network (ICPN). It brings young people together through:

Participants will not simply visit India.
They will experience it. Learn from it. Contribute to it. Build friendships through it—and return home seeing themselves and the world differently.

ICPN warmly invites parents, schools, embassies, high commissions, UN & Commonwealth youth organisations, charities, community groups, Rotary Clubs and Rotary Districts to put forward young people aged 12–17 to participate in ICPA 2026.
Young people may join:
- Individually with a parent or guardian
- As part of an organised school group
- Through a youth or community organisation
- As a nominee of an embassy or high commission
- Through sponsorship from a Rotary Club, business, charity or individual supporter
- As a representative of their country, culture, school or community
Our ambition is to create a genuinely international Assembly in which young people from many different countries can learn from one another, celebrate their identities and discover what they can achieve together.

ICPA 2026 offers schools an exceptional opportunity to extend learning beyond textbooks and traditional lessons.
Schools can:
- Share the ICPA opportunity directly with students and parents
- Nominate suitable young people to represent the school
- Organise a supervised educational group visit
- Encourage students from different cultural backgrounds to participate
- Identify pupils who would benefit from confidence and leadership development
- Partner with ICPN on peace, culture, creativity or environmental activities
- Support or sponsor a student who may otherwise be unable to attend

Participation can support wider educational priorities including personal development, citizenship, communication, cultural awareness, environmental responsibility, teamwork and student leadership.
A student who attends ICPA does not simply return with memories of India. They can return with knowledge, confidence and experiences that may enrich the wider school community.

WHO CAN JOIN?
Young People Aged 12–17
ICPA 2026 welcomes young people aged 12–17 from countries around the world.
Young participants attend with a parent or guardian, or as part of an approved and appropriately supervised group arrangement.
Participants do not need to be experienced public speakers, high academic achievers or established youth leaders.
They may be confident or quiet, creative or academic, outgoing or reflective. They may already be passionate about changing the world—or simply curious to discover more of it.
What matters is a willingness to participate, learn, respect others and grow.
ICPA is not only for young people who already lead. It is for young people who are ready to discover that they can.
PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
Share an Extraordinary Journey
Allowing a child to travel internationally is a significant decision. Parents and guardians are therefore an important part of the ICPA experience.
While young participants take part in specially designed educational, leadership, cultural and friendship activities, accompanying adults can experience India and become part of the wider international ICPA community.
Information about accommodation, meals, local transportation, programme arrangements, supervision, safeguarding and travel requirements will be provided through the registration and booking process.
Your child will not simply be attending an event.
They will be entering an environment created to help them learn, contribute, form friendships and recognise their own potential.

The ICPA participation package is designed to make joining the nine-day experience as straightforward as possible.
£995 per person—international flights excluded.
The confirmed booking information will clearly explain all package inclusions, which may include:

- Gala and Awards attendance
International flights are not included.
Visa costs, travel insurance and personal travel costs are not included. Full terms and confirmed inclusions should be reviewed before booking.
